Introducing the "Dry Weight" Weighted Magazine Insert
From JV Training Accessories, the ultimate solution for realistic dry fire practice with your pistol.
This innovative product replaces the spring and follower of your magazine with a flexible, weighted insert to replicate the mass of a loaded magazine, providing the most realistic dry fire experience possible.
Key Features:
-
Realistic Weight:
Same weight and balance as a fully loaded magazine, giving you "as real as it gets" dry fire practice. Each insert is weighted at 270 grams (9.5 ounces) to replicate the feel of a fully loaded magazine. -
No Dummy Rounds Needed:
The Dry Weight insert eliminates the need for dummy rounds, making your practice sessions safer and more convenient. -
Enhanced Safety:
By disallowing live ammunition or dummy rounds, the Dry Weight insert ensures your magazine is always safe during practice. -
Use YOUR Gear:
Train with your existing magazine and extensions, allowing you to practice how you compete.
Note:
This listing is for the insert only. No magazines, magazine parts, or basepads are included.
The insert is composed of a rubbery shell filled with lead weight and is completely inert.

Dry weight Insert
I have a Brazos Slide and Frame with MBX Mags. No where on the packaging does it ever say some trimming may be required. It could have been mentioned to make life easier. JV Note: Sorry about that! I have a note in the product description about some fitting may be required, but not on the packaging. Due to some variations in basepad design some trimming may be required, but it should work as expected in most tubes.
