JV Training Accessories Warranty Information

Our Commitment to Quality

At JV Training Accessories, we stand behind every product we manufacture. Our goal is to provide high-quality dry fire training accessories and shooting products that perform as intended and help shooters get the most out of their training.

All JV Training Accessories products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty begins on the date you receive your product, whether purchased directly from JV Training Accessories or through an authorized dealer.

Authorized dealers currently include:

  • Stage Zero Shooting Supply

What Is Covered?

If a product experiences a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we'll work with you to make it right.

Examples of covered issues may include:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Fitment issues on compatible firearms
  • Product failures resulting from normal use
  • Material or workmanship defects

If a product is advertised to fit a specific firearm or application and fails to do so, JV Training Accessories may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product with one that fits correctly
  • Repair the product if applicable
  • Issue a refund

What Is Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Abuse or misuse
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Accidental damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Loss or theft

And yes, if your dog decides your Dry Weight Magazine Insert is their new favorite chew toy, that one falls outside the warranty.

While we can't replace products damaged by pets, accidents, or misuse, we may be able to offer a discount on a replacement item.
