Warranty Information
All products made by JV Training Accessories are warrantied against manufacturers defect under normal use for 90 days after receipt from JV Training Accessories or a dealer of JV Training Accessories (as of this writing Ben Stoeger Pro Shop, Shooters Connection, and Stage Zero Shooting Supply).
If I claim it fits a certain pistol and it fails to do so I'll replace the item with one that does fit or refund your purchase at my discretion.
Long story short: If its my fault, or should be reasonably expected to be my fault, I'll take care of you! Send me an email and I will do my absolute best to make it right. I want you to get the most out of the product I make.
But, If it was eaten by your dog for example I might extend a discount on a replacement, but I won't replace what Scruffy destroyed. Sorry!
