How It Works
- Remove Ammunition from Magazine, Ensure it is Clear
- Push The Insert Down through the Feed Lips, Widest Part Pointed Toward Muzzle, Compressing the Mag Spring
- Slide the Retention Tab Towards the Feed Lips While Insert Is Held Below Level of Feed Lips
- Start Training
To Remove simply slide the tab "Forward" and the insert will eject under spring pressure.
